Art Set Up and Design Would you help us with art set up and design?We offer FREE ART SET UP and FREE DESIGN on all products. This means we will help you and your clients bring their magnet ideas to life at no extra charge! Also, we offer unlimited proofing revisions on products.
Price Guarantee Do you offer price guarantee?We believe that our distributor pricing is very competitive within the promotional products industry. If you can provide us with documentation of a lower quote, we will be happy to sharpen our pencils to see if we can match or beat the price you have been given for any like product.
Shipping What shipping carriers do you offer?FedEx Ground Service is our preferred carrier. However, we can ship using a third-party account number for any carrier. We do not charge for this option. However, damage claims using third party accounts are the responsibility of the holder of the account that was used to ship.
Do you offer drop shipping?Yes. Multiple ship addresses must be provided to us electronically with all address fields separated. Drop ship quantities must be ordered in product minimum increments. Any requests for less than minimum drop ships will be subject to a $2.00(net) per address service charge.
Turnaround Time How soon will I receive my order?Our standard ground shipping transit times are detailed in the map below. Production for most products is 3-5 working days from proof approval.
Rush service is available when our production schedule allows. If you have a need for a rush shipment, we suggest contacting our Customer Service staff for availability and cost.
Charges Do you charge additionally other than prices indicated on the website?As you can see and believe, we only charge clients the amount, which is reflected on the website after completing online purchase. We strictly adhere to NO HIDDEN CHARGES policy.
Do you charge sales tax separately?Sales tax will be accessed to any order for which the customer has not provided the appropriate exception certificates.
Payment How do you receive the payment?We receive payment through credit card/debit card and pay pal. Clients can pay us through Discover, American Express, and Visa cards. Terms may be offered with advance approval.
Colors Do you provide multiple color choices?All our products are digitally printed in full CMYK (Four Color Process)
Do you charge extra for more colors?No, we don’t charge extra for colors.
Do you offer exact color match on products as the artwork?We try to recreate the exact color tone on the final products as supplied with art work. Color accuracy cannot be granted on all products due to the CMYK printing process.
Do you have a reprint policy?The Magnet Guys will only offer reprint, if the colors on product is distorted beyond the expected color range. We also offer reprint caused due to printing errors such as text or images moving out of the imprint area, spelling mistakes, etc.
It is a client’s responsibility to ensure that all information imprinted on artwork is accurate as per their expectations –name, logos, spellings, taglines, numbers, etc. The Magnet Guys will not be responsible for any incorrect information imprinted on the magnet.
Shapes and Sizes Do you offer magnets in different sizes and shapes?Yes. We do offer magnets in different sizes and shapes. For more detailed introduction feel free to browse through the size chart and shaped magnets.
Categories Do you offer magnets for all categories of business?Yes. We do offer magnets for most of the well-known business categories. We offer more than 1000 easily customizable promotional / personal magnets to choose from. If you cannot find the magnet that best represents your business or requirements, contact us at and we will help find what you need.
Quantities Can I order magnets < 100 or more than 10,000?The standard quantity set for all products largely vary. The smallest quantity available for most of the products is 100. We do not offer less than minimum orders. If you wish to order more than a quantity mentioned on the website, then feel free to contact us at
Refund Do you offer refund on all damaged products?Yes, we do offer refund on products, which are damaged due to erroneous handling during production and shipping. For any other issues independent of The Magnet Guys, the discounts are not generally offered. Please contact our customer service at for more detailed information.
